Arbor Day

Happy Arbor Day (featuring Florida trees): The NORFOLK ISLAND PINE is named for its place of origin, Norfolk Island in the southwest Pacific. It's sometimes called the living Christmas tree, although it looks more like the artificial kind you'd see in Walmart, if you ask me. I can also imagine seeing something like this in a Dr. Seuss book. The Norfolk Island pine now grows around the world in tropical and subtropical locations.
