The restaurant's name was IDAHO, and it sold baked potatoes with a variety of stuffings, such as sour cream, cheese, and other more exotic choices.

The restaurant no longer exists. Maybe a menu of potatoes wasn't enough to satisfy hungry tourists, or perhaps people wanting the New York experience didn't think they'd find it in a restaurant named Idaho.

Of course, it's also possible that passersby saw five black shapes over a potato, scratched their heads, and kept walking.
