The label on the back of the TV reads:

The trick is to eliminate numbers on the telephone keypad that are connected to one of the Roman numerals on the top line: M, D, C, L, X, V, and I. This eliminates, respectively, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9.
The second line, -SPQR (an initialism that refers to the ancient Roman government), signals that we should also eliminate the number 7 on the phone keypad, since the letters PQRS appear above that number.
The numbers 1 and 0 are the only remaining numbers, which would fill the two empty boxes on the "Unlisted Numbers" book next to the phone.
