Hint: Those three locations are all accessible from MORSE RD., a signal that Morse code is involved.

Note: A couple of solvers saw MORSE RD., took that to be the CLUE, and successfully proceeded to the next puzzle. This wasn't intended, but since it logically led to the next puzzle, I ruled it as correct. However, when I asked each of those solvers to go back and see if they could find a puzzle to solve on page 103, they quickly came up with the intended solution and CLUE.
