Each of MAD's offices has a plaque that displays the room number and occupant.
At the beginning of my three-month stint, I left the plaque insert for my office unchanged, in remembrance of the assistant art director and production artist who had moved on to other jobs. But I soon decided to change things up, seeing as how the two of them were nowhere to be seen, and I was there day after day making use of the furniture.
This is the current sign I have up, opting for simplicity:
